AMAL's CEO is indeed pumping this up. I'm hoping the market here takes notice and TAW gets a rub off from it. I wouldn't be surprise if AMAL hits an all time high tomorrow from this latest announcement.

I suspect one of the offtakes is Mitsubishi (mentioned in articles and they were also an offtake for the tantalum, before the price tanked). We shall find out at the end of the month when agreements are finalised.
