Well. Monseiur Pope - you, making those sorts of selective proclamations, is the thin edge of the wedge - an attack on our democratic rights - and, worse, our freedom of speech. This the same church structure who turned a blind eye to the sick abuses of children.

So, Big Brother, in many guises, now dictates to us what we can and cannot find funny? And what if we laugh - a hanging offence? That's the road THIS idiocy is going down. Democracy - goodbye.

Most wars, troubles, family feuds, taking offenses, the nit pickying pettineses, are almost invariably, stemming from the result of people either having NIL sense of humor - ANY sense of the ridiculous - or self deprecation, or stem from some sick and devious delusion that they're (the sour faced) - always right - and everyone else is therefore wrong.

OF course, murderous phsycopaths are BORN with NO sense of humor - let alone any semblance, ever, of having, let alone showing, any remorse. Ever. No matter what color, religion, or creed. But in what circumstance is sheer evil and associated atricities, ever, to be forgiven?

Victims, and their families, may forgive. Their perogative. The rest of us can rebel and condemn. Perogative ours. In a free thinking society.

Seeing a cobra approach us, our kids, our loved one - or stranger - if we at least give a damn - and rear up to strike - do we passively just stand there - and let it - kill them - or us? In the name of what, exactly?

Would the Pope have any protest - to the expansion of Shari'a regimes - to worldwide. Which would be the end of his church as we know it. And the Christian religion in general. In decades to come.
