I think these are all valid concerns/questions. All I can suggest is if you are not already doing so is bombarding CQU with these questions and keep doing so until you at least get an acceptable reply.

I also assume your concerns are reality in many instances. Commquest was effectively run by a mob of inexperienced in-house fools. The way shareholders money was ruthlessly disposed of nothing shorty of disgraceful. The main money earners from what I can tell however are still in action (Smart group, Next Digital). So defintely at face value its hard to see how the worth of the company has fallen from $1.00 to 0.75 cps. I also assume there was no more thought or analysis go into the 0.75 cps share than "hey how about half the last trade price?"
