The reason is probably that the Quarterly results are going to be so good that it required extra cash to pay the dividends, and the bank didnt have enough money, and they had to get special cheques written, and the cheque printer needed a new power supply but it wasnt available, so they decided to buy a new printer instead which required special cartridges and...stuff like that.
