i just spoke to Patty from Strategic Joint partners.
She wasn't overly concerned about the late payment from CTO - she said that CTO has said it'll be paid by the end of this month. There was a good reason given by CTO apparently - that was accepted by Strategic Joint partners.
You can ring and speak to Patty now or better still to Kay Russell the MD tomorrow - who knows more about the matter.
