I have spoken to SJP. Kay is positive about them, but she's not an investor or a member of the trust, so she doesn't get nervous about them like I do. I just couldn't hold shares in a company that made their payments this late, especially knowing that the last time the payment was this late, they were actually almost broke.
It also worries me that an ASX-listed company can't seem to get its act together to send out a payment that they are contractually obliged to pay.
So I had to sell, just to be safe rather than sorry.
Hopefully, I am being overly safe, the cheque will arrive and they will start to produce the goods, and I will have have bought back in without too much of an 'insurance payment'.
