Max I have just read your thoughts on what would be a Rational Investor's Price for DML. I am no expert in these matters, and I do not understand how share holders could approve 4.8cents per share as this would only generate approx $31million and our debt is well over $100million, therefore shareholders would get nothing? I would have thought that we would have to get over 16 cents per share, to see any return to the shareholder. So I would I be better off dumping my shares onto the market at the current price of 1.4cents per share?
What am I not understanding could some one please explain?
