This is very poor and atypically desperate thinking sorry Moly. Why would a company spend 6 mil to buy an entity that needs 60 mil to develop? Then of course you have the blocking parcel from SRE. McKeirnon is going to use rcp to progress or he'll buy the assets again as a vulture as he has done before. You'd be better off running with a new story to recover imho.
