Jovanco, anyone's guess is just that - a guess.
But I agree that it will likely take about 5 years for the debt deleveraging and asset deflation cycle to reach an equilibrium. And given historical housing metrics, the ultimate bottom in house prices in Australia should be about half the recent peak prices by that time. That's my best guestimate.
