    $23USD is the rebate. Say $8 for the distributor; $8 for the doctor; $7 for us at a 60% margin (from Doug Ward) still gives a $4 margin. Alternatively everyone gets paid out of the $23 and we make a 60% margin and thats $13 USD per test (equivalent to $20 Aussie pesos per test, 153 million tests, 40% penetration, $1.2Bn per annum margin)
