    ViraDx is being sold and FebriDx needs CLIA waiver before it can be sold outside the lab (10,000) and in clinical settings (260,000).

    First comes CLIA waiver (an approved process for ensuring medical staff know how to test and achieve accurate results etc), then distribution agreements, then sales.
