I wouldn't be surprised if we've had to give Henry Schein 'smaller' markets in order to table better terms for the US.
I'm all for competitive tension, but given our size and where we are in our growth journey, the key for me would be focussing efforts on selecting one key partner with deep networks and ability to quickly move kits in the US. As long as we aren't held over a barrel, we can optimise our P&L and global distribution options once we're at sufficient scale. Just my opinion of course.
