Yeah well BG we know you only see what you want to see. All data provided is always interpreted in a negative way towards property and extrapolated as a negative for the whole market.

I did not say that "just because it works now it will work forever" - once again you misinterpret to your own ends. Time is the key but I don't expect a short term speculator such as yourself to ever understand. You seem to think that anyone that invests in property does so without a strategy and is an idiot - when the vast majority are not.
