I suggest AMP offers to buy the some good properties at the price of 10% return with $1.5bn come from sale of LI to AMPC and ask to vote when unitholders vote regarding aggressive unusual Dexus"s merger offer.
AMP should try to break Dexus business in return of the unusual merger offer when AMP gets huge fund and has to rember the instos which ask for redemption after Ares' offer to buy AMPC' private market investment business.
