To me at the moment the only question is CAN NKWE SIGN UP A JV PARTNER WITH MINING RIGHTS LITIGATION PENDING?

All the other noise is irrelivant

If the answer is yes then its just a time issue and no problem

If no then its a time problem a long long long time problem.

Every thing else is irrevelent!
