    I answered the question as best I could that's all - the question you claimed everyone was avoiding. Legally I don't believe there is anything stopping us from doing a JV. Now whether or not our esteemed captains can pull it off...well that's another matter entirely.

    What are your thoughts on whether or not they can legally do it?
