What are your thoughts on whether or not they can legally do it

Of course they can LEGALLY do it, the question is whether or not X the chinese the indians DRA themselves can get it past their boards, and have deep enough pockets to litigate without certanty. Personally I would not give the H farm away(too hard then to mine GE) I personally would call ARMs bluff and tell them to take (ME) DMR to court. All too hard have tried to negotiate in goood faith the time has come to put up or shut up.
