The question you pose - should it not be posed to a lawyer, a SA lawyer, the DMR....only they can answer that.

My understanding is that a mining right allows you to develop the mine and hence by implication allows you to have JV partners. I mean they needed to show that they had the financial means to develop the mine in order to get the MR.

Now your question is: If they (A/A) manage firstly to issue a "succesful" interdict (because it may get dismissed immediately)then can NKP still sign up a JV partner?

I guess only a specialist lawyer in SA would be able to answer that. Maybe a question for BG to pose his lawyer friends in SA this weekend.
