    "CTO has been voted the worst and least transparant management on the entire ASX." Actually, to be accurate, the study reviewed only the independence and transparency of the management, (including things like carbon emission disclosures) not its effectiveness or "quality", and Citigold shared the lowest rating with 36 other prominent companies.

    On the other side of the coin, do you really want scarce funds spent on hiring more suits, just so the board "looks" more independent?
