Buying because the CEO keeps making believable, convincing yet totally deceptive claims about massive imminent deals. He's totally mislead me and every other shareholder. Imminent! I'm done with this and have made myself clear to ASIC what I expect of them as regulator. Dave must be investigated. I will not be buying anymore shares as it's now 100% clear there are no imminent deals! I believe Dave did not sell $6million of shares for tax reasons. I believe that requires immediate investigation in the context of the failed Telstra deal two months later. I knew 6 months before the Rizon partnership was scrapped it had fallen through. DM was confronted and said he didn't want to announce it because it would have a negative effect on the sp! I reported this to ASIC well before the actual ASX announcement mid 2019. ASIC have done nothing! DM has taken over $50million from people with deceit and misleading statements. That is illegal
