IMO DM should have been charged with fraud the minute he announced the company had turned away $14m of orders! Constantly saying the business was on track to achieve the target of 70% growth so he could raise money and then as soon as the cash was in.....DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING CONDUCT!! ILLEGAL. ASIC DO YOUR JOB!
