the banks are understood to have become much more comfortable with Centro's businesses and, more importantly, with the management of them by a team led by Glenn Rufrano. So much so that the restrictions on capital expenditure and hedging that have been in place for the past few months while everyone worked their way through the most emotional part of the crisis are likely to be progressively relaxed as Centro and its financiers settle into an old-fashioned workout.
