    Im a tad confused.

The whole reason "allegedly" as to why GTp wish to convert us to shares is so they can unencumbre the land and raise funds again st it etc etc.

Why not then offer to buy our lots/drovs from us at face value minimum.

If we were to all agree, which we just may, then GTP could say to their lenders can we borrow ($x amount) over the land subject to the land being unencumbered which it would be as the funds would be used to pay us out.

This stops the absolute joke of a dilution of shares for one and makes it an easy raising against the land, which they are going to do anyway.

    Then we are all happy.

GTP get the lend against the land
We get paid out of our MIS
shareholders dont get diluted to buggry and get the upside the raising would give if any.

GTP could also then sell off the trees/droves at some sort of ongoing profit with divvys to holders and reduce debt over time.

perhaps suing will be more fun.
