The extra ordinary thing is there has been no press analysis.This would be a great story for those who have, in the past, knocked MIS.It does look like that this exercise will be the death of MIS anyway.
Youngdave has nailed the situation accurately,in my view, and we can only assume the directors will fall on their swords once defeated. The arrogance and crudeness of this exercise is truely mind boggling.And really,what can you make of the KPMG and Independent directors? So much for credibility.
