I am uncertain if comments on HC should be used as definitive reasons for explaining current SP - they are often opinions of individuals based on correlation of events rather than causation.

The 'fighting' on HC as you put it is an example of this point. There is a minority withing the forum who convey their displeasure on the current trajectory of LRV as a company in a manner which is highly vocal, toxic and personal towards others who may disagree with them. As commented on these forums before, there is evidence of posters who present useful and legitimate content being turned off by this behavior - resulting in them finding alternative venues to continue their discussions. With time, this generates an echo chamber with lopsided views within HC.

While the grievances of said minority may have been born out of legitimate or partly legitimate circumstances, the manner in which the discussion continues can create a sense of "confidence crisis" in LRV that may not exist or paint a situation that is far worse than actually exists.
