I agree with rest of your points. Unfortunately, there are many investors who don't have a very clear idea or experience about medicine, science or most importantly the best-practice policies encapsulating the overall process.

Agree. The people that are hurt the most here are those that bought it up to unsustainable valuations with little to support that value.

(Btw - "surgeries" as in their place of practice - not conducting actual surgery)
