So why is this technolog an APP for a mobile phone then, and not an actual medical device then, which is designed with appropriate microphone filters and recording capabilites, instead of a consumer mobile phone??

You have just categorically killed the company's entire business model and rationale for existence, let alone an $100 M market cap at todays pricing.

This IS NOT a medical device. It is an APP, with an algorithm that didnt pass a clinical trial. It uses third party mobile phones, that are NOT medical devices and never will be, nor will phone manufacturers now or ever in the future design their phones, microphones, acoustics, Operating systems etc... with any consideration to ResAPP.
