1st Q revenue $1,413,000
2nd Q revenue $4,625,000
have a look in detail for Q1- they booked -ve OP cashflow of $1.872M- that means they had COGS and OPexpenses of $3.285M on revenue of $1.413M.
so if Q2 acheived revenue of $4.625M and COGS and OPexpenses was $4.357M ($3.854+3.788= 7.642M H1 less 3.285M Q1) then
Q2 acheived a +ve $268,000 result.
jeesh we are making a profit now, and not only that it's a HUGE turnaround in one qtr from a 1.8m loss to a 268k profit....no wonder aireview and bells potter are jumping on board. The DEC qtr was the turningpoint in Tele-IP's growth story into proof it's working!
err are they increasing in sales momentum or what?? exptrapolate that for 1st qtr this year.
plus we don't have the full brekdown or report on 2nd qtr last year.
We don't know if COGS was higher becuase they bought more product for sale in Jan-
PBX, IT and esp beam hardware means they buy product, build it, confirgure it then onsell to client for install- oft times this came be 2-4 weeks different- which means a nice AccRec balance awaiting payment. normally the invoice can't go out until install has started (or sometimes 50% on purhcase of hardware, 50% on completion install ). I guess we need the explanation of COGS and operating expenses broken down for us first before making comments like Jameraqui did saying it's a crap result (when we have a 3x growth in 3 months of revenue, +ve op cashlow and are on track for budget now!!!!!!!)
