Sophisticated investors purchased 223.68M shares. Thats $85m "now who wants to tell them they just out laid $85m in a specie" these guys are not stupid and clearly know and see the bigger picture and where this is headed.
Anything under $1 is good for me as I'm holding long term. I'm sure there are some on here that have far greater holdings in PLS.
