The Quarterly has highlighted among other things the 64 million dollar question regarding forward finace. This I am having trouble resolving the following 2 statements from the document;
Page 8; Citigold is advancing discussions with appropriate providers for the long term financial funding to accelerate the expansion of the mine above 50,000 ozs per annum to 250,000 ounces yearly.
Page 9; Citigold's business model is based on forward budgets showing that over the next five years all development costs may be paid back by gold sales. After that the business should be able to generate continuous substantive annual profits.
Anyone care to give it a crack?
