The REAL question ? is what are CER Shares going to be worth early next week after there an annoncment .?
I am assuming that CER will get some sort of financial accomodation and announce that by the end of the week ( or next week)
BUT what if they dont get satisfactory finacial accommodation ?
Will CER go even lower ?
