You think this is not happening here? People with nothing getting loans for $350k.... The same people once in their home increase the mortgauge so they can put a pool in, go on a cruise, buy 3 new cars in 4 yrs, put in ducted air.. withdraw money on thier credit cards... and they got bloody noisy dog that barks all night.... I could go on....
