yes he may own 6 or so restaurants but i can bet that he does not employ any australians. he will use his family first, (and most likely his second or third wife because the chinese like to have a wife in at least two countries most often the uk, us, canada or aust preferably with a son to each) then chinese students to whom he pays well under the award with very few if any benefits or if students are few then he will employ illegal stayers who have overstayed their visa and/or those who do not have a passport.
the supply chain he uses would all consist of asian sellers at the markets and asian farmers.
