Susan quit because:
She was knee capped, bullied and ignored over concerns that she would be blamed for numerous financial and disclosure reasons not being made to investors and lender, a backlog of claims from European, UK and USA retailers from company exit in these regions, frustration with Simon and Craig leadership (including both rarely turning up for scheduled meetings), toxic culture, and because she was lied to joining the company.
And a horror set of results to be released showing solvency issues.
