if it is true and from what l have briefly read the first offer should be closer to 1.50 than 1 dollar,,it might take new holders a few weeks to work this all out but an offer of 1 dollar would not really make me sell my shares instead would be more than happy to wait to see it play out
now at 1.50 l would be gone in a flash lol ,,this is all talk of course but from a pure business perspective and knowing that others might be interested l wouldnt be playing around,,now l hope some of this talk eventuates
