Labor thought bubble so of course it's a dog breakfast. Libs were stupid to back it during election as they knew it was a crap plan and was not funded.
But the worse aspect of this is Labor proposed to cut university spending by $2.3B to pay for Gonski. Libs then put those proposals through and Labor with Greens knock them down!
So now we have a Gonski plus $1.2B plus no saving offsets! Labor are a bunch of mongrels. Libs are bunch of nambies. It is about time Libs grew some kahunas and made some serious cuts as the ongoing budget deficit is around $30B per annum!
