If and when the dust clears around Garatau I expect that we will get the updated BFS which should be a good one.

Most likely is that BFS was not released as NKP/Xstrata fully expected the ARM/Anglo actions. With the court decisions setting precedent for compensation and direct negotiations leading nowhere the action would be clear.

PGM economics have improved significantly in the last months which will only add to the potential of Garatau. Palladium in particular is up over 30% and the SA Rand is starting to weaken.

Was PL in Japan a while back? Jogmec has been active in securing strategic metals supply for Japanese business and have done some small PGM exploration deals with Platinum Australia. They add a further dimension to the potential partners for NKP's PGM resource and represent interests that are end users of PGM.
