No arguements with this, but once agin the court has simply ASSUMED that Bengwana ye maswati Minerals and BYM Tribal Council et al, actually represent this so called "community" (which has occupied land for100+ years etc). This was not actually tested by the court

Bengawanyama Ye Maswati Royal council on the other hand (which did not get a chance to put its case ) ALSO claims to represent the said "community". This is what needs to be tested. Firstly i suspect by DMR then subsequent court cases.

The window I believe IMHO still exists.
