Ralph, regardless of how the courts referred to the applicants during the process, the constitutional court didn't award the prospecting rights to Nooitverwacht and Eerste Geluk to them and the matter was referred back to DMR to deal with. The court gave no specific directions to the DMR, other than that the rights to the two farms be set aside and the application be again processed, and that's an important consideration.
