    Just a quick question re the X option right and expiry of March 2010.
    How does this effect the $10m unpon completeion of BFS? Is this still to be paid to NKP upon completion?
    Can't recall an annoucment stating that this $10m was now not to be paid upon BFS completion if exclusive option was not granted. I guess its all about options or eclusive options when it comes to completion of the BFS.

    Just asking as I'm more than likely reading the DJ Carmichael report wrong!
