I don't believe the $10mil to have been paid. I do however feel that this was to be paid upon completion of the BFS regardless of option uptake. I am less sure of this than I was the expiry though so DYOR.

I think what Bali is referring to in that the Anglo offer may be better than the X offer is not in the way of better than 50% etc, but that X may have been saying we will go 50/50 on profit, but also 50/50 on capex during negotiations (example only) and anglo has come in with a better offer than x was putting on the table following option expiry. Hopefully that makes sense- Had a long night last night!
