Yes, without NKP cutting a deal it seems that years of litigation are are very real possibility. I'm really really worried about how NKP/Geneorah would fund years in the courts, as cash is running low. Maybe a capital raising to faithful retail shareholders. Obviously this would have to be at a big discount to the sp (difficult to determine what that will be), although may be worth it for all the platinum, depending of course on who actually is eventually given ownership. The big reward beckon, perhaps only a little more cash may be required to make dreams come true.
