That announcement was what GPN were told by the ASX to post, but it is misleading insomuch as it infers that the offer was under subscribed. Wrong.
It was actually well over subscribed- it was just that the brokers were told to withdraw the successful monies (by the ASX), thus effectively leaving it short. It was a knee-jerk reaction. In other words, it was not YRR's decision. The apparent reason for this happening should come out soon.
