A few weeks ago when the public discussions around rail access were in the media the CEO of FMG was on lateline business and stated that they had reached an agreement with one of the IO juniors but the junior wasn't in a position to ramp up (i suppose start) production to utilise the rail line. I suppose in FMG's case they were showing that rail access was being offered but none could use it. My initial thought was it could have been BRM. So what's holding them back? Maybe this is why the price is dropping something is stalling development?
