the real transaction

I am interested to read what a lot of people have written here. I actually took a different view. In my opinion it appears that SEN is actually gaining a London listing out of this. I have to do a bit more research but if CTV is only valued at A$3 million then basically SEN is taking over CTV. So in real terms they are placing an asset in this company and by doing so they are gaining control of the company and their assets. (as well as gaining a London listing)

This has to be a positive and I believe eventually CTV will be swallowed up as a subsidary of SEN with SEN keeping the asset they sold to them and also gaining the assets of CTV as well as LOndon listing valued around $1.5 million.

I also think that there would have to be more announcements to come. We are yet to hear about the new CEO and update on the cypherblades and sales.

I think that this announcement is the first with more following in the near future
