Value of Shares issued to SEN US$6M = A$8.4M
Total value of company after share issue: A$10.6M
This is represented by by the following CTV assets:
* Original CTV business A$2.2M
* eCrypt US$3M
* Senetas high speed encryption licences US$3M
After the transaction SEN owns 79% of CTV
No wonder they want somebody on the board!
