I agree with you Nannook. It states in the announcement that it is considered to be a reverse takeover under Aim rules. So basically ctv takes over ecryp but Sen will control ctv due to holding lots of shares in ctv(as payment for e-cryp). So this gives sen an intro to the uk and new markets. Or that's how I take it anyway.
