the real value in the tokyo gas deal

The most telling couple of lines were IMO.

" Mr Elliott said the real value in the deal with Tokyo Gas lies in collaborating on other projects in the region.

The 500,000 tonnes of LNG a year quite frankly is nothing for them. It's really only a token gesture. What is really important to them is the system we have put together and how this can be used throughout the world on smaller gas fields. They look at 50 to 100 years as the future they have to plan for."

BTW, EWC are in discussions today in Hong Kong with Packers company Ellerston who have been closely involved in this latest deal.
