One other point not yet called out is that I seem to remember the doc making a subtle point about "growing the African mining opportunity".... Wording likely totally off but it definitely hinted towards looking for value in jv / takeover / broader expansion. In my opinion, $0 valuation to that potential nugget is reflected in today's price
