Did anyone at the AGM ask the obvious questions ??!
1.) How come "price sensitive" announcements are "held back" to coincide with the AGM ??!
2.) If management don't think the announcements were "price sensitive" ... how come ... the carnage today .... a drop of 21.43 % on yesterday's closing price.
3.) What happened to the announcements in August which read a.)"Significant Hydrocarbons discovered in Colorado and Texas" ??! b.)"Excellent log results at the Company’s Pathfinder project in Colorado indicate high prospectivity for oil in the Niobrara Shale and horizontal section drilling to commence" ??! c.)"Large shows of oil and gas witnessed in the Austin Chalk at the Company’s third well in Burleson County, Texas" ??! · 4.) Can competant "oilmen" get it so wrong ??!
5.) Was this all "wishful thinking" ... or did something go wrong ??!
6.) No one is admitting to anything ...and all we are fed is "encouraging" ... "encouraging" and finally a little bit of "highly encouraging"
7.) The shareholders have signalled that this is all unconvincing?!
8.) Did anyone ask about the obvious ambiguity relating to 600 barrels since 20/11/2012 (that is over 8 days) and 600 barrels per day quoted elsewhere ?!!
9.) None of this "adds up" !!!
SO EITHER:
A.) Everything is "still on track" and we have a bunch of "nervous nellies" selling blindly because of some "knee jerk" reaction ... and everything will recover in the next week or two.
B.) "Houston we have a problem !!!"
FINALLY: As a professional person who spends many hours consulting people in crisis ... a cardinal rule is "communication" "communication" and "communication"
It might be better spending the $1,000,000 dollars saved by employing an expert in communication.
"Cap raising" at 2c verse 4c or 5c would meean a potential loss of $15m to $20m ... so what's the point in that !!
And with better communication the oppies might have some hope of getting into the money !!!
I honestly think the results were "less than expected" ... but not a disaster !!!
I think the communication over the last few months has been appalling ...
Everyone knows "imminent" means ...soon ...maybe in "oil exploration terms" ... that may mean 1 to 2 weeks rather than 1 to 2 days ; but it does not mean 2 months!!! (everyone knows this!!!)
So... the "fly by night" investors ran off today And the hardcore investors remained ... We remain hopeful !!!
